... as it is so dry here and a sage to cleanse the house with. The store was brillant and smelt so freash an healthy. the staff were very helpful and told me what food to avoid as they will exacerbate my allergies and that i neede to eat/drink plenty of leman and limes as is makes it difficult for the allergens to stick to the blood!! I love lemons and limes so no problem with taking that advice.

I had been looking forward to losing the heat and humidity as I headed west, but when I left Corpus Christi and drove through the Wichita Falls area of north central Texas, the outside temp indicator hit 102.
