... there was no evidence of the storm at all - no puddles, no debris on the ground, nothing. Just lots of very green grass! ... cover to ease the day. Our PA friends brought with them 2 pounds of bacon, which we cooked up before any of us entered the forest (2 pounds of bacon split between ten people is still close to quarter-pound each). They also fried up some Jack Links beef jerky in the bacon fat, which I made the mistake of trying. Have you ever felt your heart slow down as you eat? I have.

... tonight.

Severe thunderstorm on the way...so we booked!

Nice motel - glad it's brick because there is a MAJOR storm coming through this area tonight!

Got an alarm on my iPad that there was smoke in my condo, so spent the better part of the afternoon trying to get in touch with neighbors every time we stopped, Using on of the other rider's cell phones! Not fun!

... very minimal set up much better as they showed us what people mean by southern hospitality. The music was really enjoyable and not knowing many of the bands we were able to just 'follow our ears' around what was a fantastically planned festival- the 'electric forest' itself was amazing.
