Wells
This morning Graham and Christine (old family friends of the Eads) joined us for breakfast. It was a full house with Nicky, Ben and Abigail also staying. Poor Ben was all upset when he had to go off to school. Must have felt like he was missing out on all the fun. We headed over to Wells markets and wandered over to feed the ducks and swans in the moat. I never get tired of visiting Wells Cathedral. It's so pretty. Jen and I headed over to Shepton Mallet again in the afternoon to pick up some Xmas presents from Argos. Nothing much else happening today. Only other thing to note was the kids sleeping in till 7am. Think we're over the jet ...
Final Day, Taking The Long Road Home
And so, all too quickly, my time in America is at an end. I left San Francisco lunchtime Monday, and arrived home Tuesday afternoon. But the journey was not without incident, from a touch of turbulence (which concluded with me pouring apple juice all over myself), to another dodgy personal entertainment system - I managed to watch the first ten minutes of a ...
