... the owner...the daughter had a very loud husky voice...and she had a service dog for her many ailments which she will gladly regale anyone with...and due to a family crisis, there were a great many visitors till quite late and their voices carried... Now, on the main drag, there was a bar...and many of the patrons drove noisy vehicles like trucks and Harley's... So we were all nestled and snug in our sleeping bags when what to our wondering ...

... is known for its cheese. Speaking of which, we had stopped for a snack before Chetek yesterday and ended up with a taster pack of cheese curds/bites and pepperoni. The cheese was excellent, so tasty.

We began the day touring the National Buffalo Museum in Jamestown, ND, which actually was not much of a tour at all. There was a small old frontier town, a few buffalo statues, a gift shop and a small herd of buffalo, which included an albino buffalo. Fortunately, it was free. Nonetheless, I took a photo of John with one of the statues.

We drove on to Minnesota and I began searching the Trailer Life Campground Guide for a RV ...

Last night we stayed at the Porcupine Wilderness State Park in Ontonagon, MI. Had a site right on Lake Superior. Arrived just before it stormed. Lots of people camping in tents and there we were sitting in our motor home nice and dry watching a movie and eating popcorn! Too bad for the rain, we were hoping to see the Northern Lights.
