The day started with the usual breakfast at the B&B. Then we headed out for the city walls and the walking tour recommended by the B&B operator. ... a great meal and looking forward to a walking tour of Derry tomorrow. We are staying close to Bogside where many of the "troubles" occurred back in the 70's. Then we are on to the Antrim coast and the Giant's Causeway. ... scallops) and yummy yummy lamb. Rich tried their salmon - not really much different and interestingly, they cannot get enough wild salmon to have on the menu!! Beautiful Italian Pinot Grigio. Dessert to share - bread pudding made with a croissant!! Taxi chap picked us up - wouldn't let us pay after trip to the Inn - he said he'd just wait for our call and come and fetch us and we could settle up then - such warmth in these folks - always laughing and teasing!

So we went back near the Causeway and ate dinner at a B&B called The Smugglers Inn. We ended up crashing there for the night and got some good ...

First, once we crossed the border into Northern Ireland, which is a part of the United Kingdom, we stopped at an organisation called Intertrade Ireland. The purpose of this organisation was to promote trade and cooperation between Northern Ireland and the ...
