We have spent the last 3 days at a great campground located in Florida, New York located in the lower Hudson Valley. A truly beautiful area with quaint towns steeped with history, culture, farmers markets and wineries. Sunday we drove up to Westpoint and enjoyed the museum. We were not able to take the bus tour as Maureen had not brought along any picture ID. Rob and I have taken the tour previously and were disappointed that they didn't get a chance to experience ...

So the first tattoo convention we went to was in Reading pennsylvania and was a good time! The second giant one however was in Wildwood New Jersey, straight 4 hr ride and was amaing! The address was 4051 boardwalk (I believe) wildwood convention center and it was right on the boardwalk... ... per her usual, Casey formed a strong bond with the “good sister”: chatting up about the facility, the unusual animals (a sloth and a very creepy rose tarantula), where they came from, how they were cared for, etc. Given Casey’s predilection for all things animal, she was in the process of filling out a volunteer application form while Jim chatted it up with the RV facility getting the bad news about the bedroom slide.

While we were talking at the Maple stand, the guy next to us said immediately, "Are you from New Zealand?". Which was unusual as 99% of the people ask Australia or England.
He takes us over to his wife who is from Napier! Finally found a New Zealander here.
