We have had the most magnificent weather while here--almost oxymoronish. Today that's changed to cool and rainy just in time to take a 2.5 hour hike on barren soil. Well, not quite barren. But if looked at from afar, you'd say barren is a good descriptor.

... was in front and she was next and I was last. So we did the bed shuffle until she was in Daddy's spot and I was in the middle and Daddy was now in my old place. And then she woke up again because, now on the edge instead of in the middle, Finn fell out of bed. So Finn and I switched spots (even though she protested because she wanted to be in front) and now I was in David's original spot and Finn was back in the middle.
