... and in one place. LOL Still need to pick up a full face helmet for the cold rain/snow I may hit and the flying gravel, a helmet cam and bear spray.

As the saying goes "It's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years" and trust me I am trying to get all the life I can in my years.

... now either churches or are imploding due to population flight or abandonment. It became clear to us why so many buildings just disappear in Detroit when we heard that it cost $3000.00 a month to heat one of the old residences.


People leave. Then squatters and scrappers make the buildings even more inhabitable, and the neighborhoods disappear as houses are burned down or raised by the city, one-by-one.

... I got off to a good start- got through baggage check in and security clearance in 15 mins (record time for me!), the plane left on time, the guy next to me was moved to a different spot since the plane was pretty empty & ofcourse I sprawled across the two seats as best as I could lol. The free wifi was an unexpected surprise that made my day that much better!
