... Too soon after we were feeling at home in Zambia we were transported to the mysterious, alien world of Madagascar. In Madagascar just the sheer abundance of diversity was astounding, in the ocean and on land. We were blessed to see so much of what the ocean had to offer. . . . . well actually we never did get a ferry across the Mersey. We used the train instead to reach The Wirral and the town of New Brighton having travelled from Derby via Crewe and Liverpool Lime Street.

... this morning (Monday) was next door to The Beatles Story museum and we were not disappointed. The museum has lots of information on each of the members before the band was formed through to their lives after The Beatles were disbanded. Our entry ticket also gave us entry to another site nearby where we were able to watch a 4D short film with a Beatles theme - complete with light sprays of water and seats that suddenly jerked.
