... The KOA WiFi did not work - at least not for me - so I've sought refuge at McDonalds, so far always a dependable provider. When I'm finished here, I'll head to Fort Laramie and then to Cheyenne. The 'Cheyenne Frontier Days' begin on July 19. During a full week the old West comes alive again. It will be interesting to see what real cowboys look like today and see them wrestle the steers. I'll keep you posted! ...

Day four finds us in Glendo, WY where the wind blows a bit (understatement!). A beautiful sunset and a relaxing evening. We are finally getting away from the forest fires and smoke. Tomorrow, we follow the North Platte to meet the South Platte and the Platte River.

... went out to photograph the pretty rainbow, which was grounded on both sides! I was so excited, that I yelled to the neighboring RV- isn't it beautiful! - to which he said back- yea we get those all the time- boy, how do you get jaded to rainbows? Anyway, so tomorrow we are out of here, with a morning stop in Cheyenne and 3 hours south to Denver Colorado, then East towards the new house! We both really want to get started on the home makeover!
