... the bike was hovering between 95 and 100 F (35-38C for Europhiles) and every traffic light went red. And these are air cooled bikes which means that they radiate a lot of heat. It is fair to say that we were hot!! Just as well summer ended last week.

Our final days in Illinois were spent visiting with friends before we set out on the second leg of our road trip.
