The thing about traveling is how much you learn eveyday. When we traveled through the Zulu battlefields of South Africa, we learnt a lot about the history of war in South Africa. Traveling is not just a history lesson, but a continuous lesson of how sensationally beautiful this wonderful world is, especially in the Drankensberg region of South Africa. Richting Dundee is het een zeer afwisselend landschap met prachtige vergezichten. Onze eerste stop zou het Bloedriviermonument geweest zijn. Dit monument herdenkt de historische slag waarbij 16.000 Zulu-strijders sneuvelden tegen een groep van altegaar 800 voortrekkers en anderen. Today was characterized by a lot of driving. We left early in the morning and the rental dealer upgraded us to a Mercedes Benz, that's where our luck ended.
