... of us went to a glass museum. the museum had live demonstrations of glass blowing, fiber optics and breaking glass. we could also make our own things, but we had to come back the next day to pick it up.
after the museum, a member of our group knew somebody who owns a family camp close by, tyne camp has better facilities like a better hipline, and a permanent bouncy pillow thing, so we just jumped around and acted like kids.

That's right... three nights in a row without internet!
The first, at Monticello, their internet had gone down. The next, it was so slow I couldn't even access e-mails. Last night I was on the road.
But I assure you I have some great things to tell you all about my visit to Walkill, particularly Patterson and, finally, Brooklyn.

i think i have got into the swing of things now. There has been meeting after meeting that consists of the directors telling us lots of important info - i think anyway, because it was hard to hear because some of the theaters are just too big.
The food is great - every meal is all you can eat with a large salad bar, a hot food area that changes everyday, and a burger bar that also provides hotdogs and in the morning it has pancakes. last night i had spare ribs, ...
... NY campsite after dark around 7PM. We had a bit of trouble with our campsite as it was too small. Fortunately we found another close by. Sadly our camper's transformer died with a shower of sparks. Thank God it lasted until now.
We enjoyed a nice ABLT dinner and tucked the boys in for their final night in the camper for this great adventure.
Tomorrow we should be home around 1 or 2 PM God ...
This Friday, August 16 we set out on our (almost) cross-country trip. We leave from our house in Chatham, NJ with major destination being Yellowstone National Park where we will camp for seven nights. We're taking four days to get there and 4 days home. Over sixteen days we will be in 15 different states. Ten of them will be firsts for me. This is a somewhat novel trip for us so I thought I'd blog using this app I found.
