We didn't want to travel too far afield today, as we had to return the rental car, plus ensure all our bags were packed ready to leave later in the day (or so we thought at the time!
So on the advice of a fellow guest we decided to go to Big Cottonwood Canyon area. Thee mountains surrounding Salt Lake city are the Wasatch mountains, so we thought this sounded really nice to explore

The décor inside of the restaurant was on par with a Disney theme restaurant; all of the tables were booths around the outside of the rooms that were covered to simulate the covered wagons the pioneers used to travel west, and the seats were rough cut logs.
