So whilst in Salt Lake City I shadowed a Nurse that had specialised in Paediatrics and Mental Health following his initial Nurse training. He worked for a behavioural health centre that had two parts, a residential campus for teens needing to be admitted to a psych facility, and an adolescent clinic that provided day therapies. I was able to get some time with adolescents in both facilities. I explained to them the policy we have in Nottingham and how if you ...

... are many National Forests along this route. We pass through Afton, WY and the down town has an antler arch that's impressive. We are amazed how far the Bridger range extends. We can always tell when we are going up as the engine makes a much different sound. We reach Salt River Pass at 7,630 ft. Quite a view from here. What comes up must go down as they say. Then we got ready and went for lunch with some of the family. It was a diner called one man band. It was founded on one person running a diner by himself so each booth has a phone where people order their meals and then the phone rings when the meals are ready to be ...

... Great Salt Lake. It is about a 17 mile drive. It is really just a big body of water. Where we went the wasn't much else to see. From the car, we did watch some hang gliders in a dry area next to to the water. They had motors with fans attached and just started running along to get in the air. No jumping from cliffs here. We drove straight back to the KOA, had a few snacks, watched a movie, and called it a night. I think we are really in a routine now of a movie before ...
