    ... arrived at Niagara Falls in time for a late lunch at The Keg at Embassy Suites looking over the falls. Very acceptable. Then down to the viewing areas where I spent the best $6 EVER. We bought plastic bags, well sort of, with hoods and sleeves. We were getting drowned! For a bunch of world travellers, we are sometimes quite ridiculous about things. We just weren't prepared for the amount of water that was hailing down on us.

    Niagara today was awesome and got some good video footage and photos by taking the boat right under the falls themselves getting rather wet as you would expect. Tonight we are staying in Cleveland after covering about 380 miles on the bikes.

    The following morning we had a huge buffet breakfast, then headed back into the downtown Niagara area and took a ride on the Maid of the Mist.     ... of the wind and spray of the falls. You can pretty much stand within 3 metres of the base of the falls. It was wicked and again I got wet. Stupid feckin poncho ! That being said, this part was the highlight for me.
