... I was in two minds as to whether or not to go to CrossFit. I was exhausted and my feet still ached but at the same time I knew I'd only regret it if I didn't go. I went and was so glad I did. We worked on front squats today I managed 5 with 45kg. Not bad considering I was tired, I did try 55kg but couldn't push it back up! Our WOD was a group one and it was girls vs boys. Obviously the boys won. It was 40 wall balls, 15 thrusters, 50 skips/double unders as ...

We wanted a quick dinner so made some pasta pesto (don't judge) it was brown pasta and we had some tomatoes with it. Dais had a funny old day, she reckons our flat is haunted. The bathroom light magically switches itself back on after she's been in there and it has happened on numerous different occasions. Today the ghosts moved her makeup and she's getting creeped out to say the least. ...

... that these things shouldn't come for free but it does make me feel reluctant of our free health service for people in the UK because the same isn't reciprocated for us abroad! I'm into the second week of three for the CrossFit training. Tonight's session went really well. We learnt how to perform a clean lift. I think that's what it was called anyway. It basically killed my legs but it was fun. I think Terry has a better understanding of how I work now so is very much ...
