Canadians love to mow their lawns; even those with more than an acre of land use their riding mowers to keep the grass looking beautiful. It rains enough here that sprinklers aren't necessary to keep the lawns looking green and lush. We found almost all communities to be neat, clean and organized, showing pride of home ownership.

Tomorrow we move about 70 miles down the road to the capital of Pennyslvania, Harrisburg. We will be staying thru Labor Day. We hope to to visit Gettysburg, Hershey and Lancaster.
... down to Konstancja and Hania to lead the kitchen in cooking for 180 people, I was in charge of food delivary (loading the back of the truck and driving at 1/2 mph whilst praying nothing spills); organising cabins, cleaning and generally making sure guests had everything they wanted. It was a LOT of work (13hours straight on the wedding day) but it all went really well and we even got some snazzy name tags.

A cut finger from a machette sized knife (although she still blames the gigantic red potatoes she was cutting, not her knife skills), fainting whilst bleeding over the chef and also being stood next to a water pipe as it burst straight into her face pretty much sum up the first few days but after that life was great for her in the kitchen, especially with the great team led by Chefs Kate and Alex whose fantastic cooking has led to us gaining several pounds.
