Recipes
... pile of rice, and spooned in half the veggies/juices/sauce on top of the chicken and rice. This was absolutly delicious! Nothing like the crockpot version I am used to at home, but a great spin off of a recipe.
I highly suggest some warm fresh bread to eat as well, would have been so good with the juices, but I did not have any tonight! Perhaps tomorrow with my leftovers!
