... Ruy was so passionate about all of them and gave us so much history. He kept grabbing our camera and saying "I get exquisite photo for you" and then would crouch on the ground taking a close up photo of something! We learned that he used to be a diving videographer and he showed us a video he had taken underwater around Cozumel which got us really excited for our dive on Wednesday! It was beautiful.

After all that drinking was time ...

... group of uni students from Mexico. Madeleine one of the students who had recently been to Caye Caulker had kindly told us about a guy called Carlos, she claimed he was the best on the whole island to go out snorkelling with so we asked her how we could find him, to which she said 'you'll find him, everyone knows him'. Sure enough earlier in the day Stuie & I had found a little office In the main street with a sign above it saying Carlos tours. So we quickly scribbled ...

... I persuaded (nagged) Mike to finish work and come with me to eat out. We went back to the area I had been wandering around in the morning and found a restaurant called Wet Wendy's. It had a horse shoe shaped bar with a straw roof with a very chilled laid back vibe. As we walked up they were playing reggae and when I looked at the menu and saw jerk chicken I was sold!
