... felt like forever but was only 2 miles and 10 minutes but I think i got a lot greyer!! Once we were there it was amazing. ... surprises literally around every bend.
We discovered the ancient remains of the Roman city wall, churches, and beautfully restored buidings, a charming Devon village.
We fully realised we were on our holiday when we walked down to the quay and enjoyed a Cornish lager and local cider, chilling out watching the white swans on the River Exe.
We topped of our day with a lovely supper of local produce at Bill's.
