Well, we're off--sort of! We're suppose to close on the house at 10:00 tomorrow, Tuesday. We didn't feel like rushing around in the morning & we've been living in the 5th wheel in the driveway all week anyway, so this afternoon we made the 2 mile jaunt to Lake Lavon! We'll probably leave for Ruidoso when we finish at the title company & bank tomorrow, or the next morning if it's too late. Can't wait to get to the cool ...

Woke up to pounding rain. There is a hurricane going over us. We had planned to leave today. Rain and wind are so heavy we decided to stay another day. Thank you Mike and Kelly for your hospitality. We had another terrible night! Samuel woke constantly with a fever, and Adalia was just being naughty. So a slow morning was on the cards. If Samuel had his way we would have spent the day in the hotel, but this was our only day in Dallas to see the city. We walked a mile to the Dart train and caught it Downtown. Tom really wanted to see the JFK museum and the site where JFK was assassinated. We quickly found the museum, paid our money ...
