We got an Email telling us our cabin number today. Up until now , we had no idea where we'd be, but we hoped for an upgrade- which we got! We are on the Verandah Deck on the starboard side ( right) near the back.

Busy planning our trip. Myself and Karen Dahl, and John will all be working in Kenya this year. Karen and I leave May 25th and John leaves June 28th.
We are all very excited and busy planning what we will be doing in Kakamega, Kenya. We will be doing a workshop called "Healthy Minds; Healthy Bodies". Also, we will be putting on a 5km race on July 1st, and working in high schools that CES is involved with.

... was to the US! In Derby you look at the other side of the street and you are looking into another country - here the river divides the territory. A bridge brings you to International Falls and the crossing into Minnesota. I saw a loon again, not sure if it was a Canadian or American loon as it was drifting on international waters but I think it must have been Canadian as it was closer to my side....
