... which I thought was a pretty good race considering.

Another dip in the lake to freshen up (plus once more when the local kids were daring me to!) and a short hike to the Stewart Canyon and I was ready for bed. 5 hours sleep later I was back at work and I think the next few days will be in recovery mode!
