... was putting out tremendous amounts of heat which made it almost unbearable. I arrived to the hotel around 5pm. I've done about 2200 miles so far. I've got a little less than 4000 before I'm home,

I'm heading to Glacier National Park and the road to the sun tomorrow. I'm getting excited. I've always wanted to see it.

... and fell famished upon our packed lunches. We the drove on the rest of the going to the sun road toward St. Mary's entrance. We stopped a few times. One great stop was Sunrift Gorge, which had waterfalls through a narrow gorge. We continued onto the St. Mary's visitor center, where we caught the last half of the obligatory movie, the drove back across the going to the sun road. Dinner a tortilla soup, which we had made in Michigan and frozen. Yeah! We will all sleep well ...

I hope I may be excused for my lack of enthusiasm today. I found it difficult to be inspired by northern Idaho and western Montana.
