Crossing the Pond
... arrive. When she did, it was almost like we were back in the hostel, sitting on the floor gabbing. It was great to catch up, but pretty soon, we were hungry and luckily, they had made a booking at a famous local restaurant, The Trout Inn. It was a remarkably cozy place situated on the Thames and served delicious food. After a satisfying meal and scrumptious dessert, I realized I was quickly crashing and we headed back to the house, where I promptly hit the sack.
