... 4 hours there. I was really impressed by the collection -- they have a little bit of everything, it seems. I saw paintings by almost any artist you can name. I especially liked the impressionist collection, some of the 20th century art (Picasso, Dali, etc) and the El Greco paintings (a couple of really nice El Greco's there!) I particularly enjoyed seeing a Salvador Dali painting in person that I have looked at many times ...

... better than it was suppose to be. I think I paid for like a 4 or 8 person dorm room and because it was a Sunday they gave us a spacious double bed room to ourselves! SCORE! We were worried about hostels in Madrid but so far they have been a way better value for the money than anywhere else.
Madrid is to beautiful and everyone is so relaxed. The entire day Kara and I would just randomly say " awwww I love Madrid" haha. its so cute! ...
