    Crater Lake is highly captivating. Impossible to take a bad photograph, I was working on a great photograph at one of the overlooks when a bird flew into a nearby tree.     We will stop in again at Ashland to gallery hop today, then likely back to the little county park near Jacksonville for the night. We may then be a little less “communicado” for a couple of days as we stray off into the mountains towards Crater Lake, and then north to Portland.
