... sand beach that was too dangerous to swim in. After that, we climbed an incredibly steep, muddy, rocky, wet, humid, LONG, mountain to get to a look out point. We finished off by undoing all we had just done to get back to the vans. 6 miles has never seemed so hard. We are all incredibly tired and sore, but it's on to snorkeling in Kona and a Manta Ray night swim ...

Today was our last full day in hawaii. We kicked it off by enjoying yet another cafe meal from the Prince Hotel. I sure would have loved to have their breakfast buffet. I hope my future husband dances with me when we are old lol! We were definitely the youngest people in there by about 10 years. I reckon the average age must have been about 60...it all just added to the fun though. At one point, a man called Steve came over to chat to us. He ...

... Kind of not spectacular, but it was fun to go up there. We didn't really think long about staying and driving up to the actual observatory (open 6 -10 pm) since we were hungry and tired.

I think Kara has already konked out. I am pretty beat myself but want to finish up this entry.

So we started back to our hotel in eager anticipation of food. We were not sure how far it was and when Kara, who took over driving, ...
