It took longer than planned because of the trail signs being difficult to following in places and with panniers on it is near impossible to get a bike through the gates on trails that have been put in to stop motorbikes. Interesting facts: -Liverpool hosts the largest cathedral in the UK, standing at over 100 m - the Adelphi hotel is the oldest in Liverpool, it's grand room windows are exactly the same as the windows of the grand room in the titanic (same designer created both) apparently if you eat there it is the closest you can get to replicating how it would have been on the titanic -Queen Victoria loved this ...
