... and there, a birthday present, a present for doing well in cross country, early easter eggs "because I won't be here next week Miss Redmond". I even have a trade happening, a present for a present. It doesn't have to be bought, they however requested something bought. So who knows what I will end up with. I heard mention of some kind of two minute noodles.

... encircling the graveyard. NCR 3 followed the small, narrow lane that linked the church and pond. Stewart had gone ahead and parked at Sampford Peverell and was walking back along the towpath to meet me. We linked up just below Halburton and walked back along the towpath to the car for lunch. The walk was super and even better for sharing it. For lunch we sat on a bench overlooking a Tudor Manor House which stood next to the village church. ...

... with a clear sky. Another treat was in store that was completely unexpected. Opening the campervan door, the constellation of Orion was directly in front of me as I looked up into the night sky and to my right the planets of Venus and Jupiter were extremely bright low in the west. What an added bonus to the day. The forecast is for very cold temperatures and frost tonight so the heater is on and the hot water bottles will be filled. Sleep tight. xx ...

... uploading photos and writing the blog! We are very grateful for their generous hospitality. They are at present in the process of developing their grounds to encompass a group of eight wooden lodges which will be available for holiday hire on a buy to let basis.They look very appealing.
