... a really nice little place called Aspen Over Easy. They did breakfast along with normal lunch. The food was so good and we are already planning on revisiting here when we hopefully go back for the X-Games in January.

After a little walk around Aspen we headed back home which took just under 2 hours.

I started out on my journey from my home in Cheyenne, WY at 4:30AM to jump ahead of the relentless Denver commuter traffic.
