... fall apart. I found that pretty interesting. We saw people making butter out of lye and lard and other people were shaking up homemade butter in jars as they walked around. There was a band playing bluegrass music and kids trying to play with the old metal ring and stick games. The best part of the whole event was the free food tastings. ... Last weekend there Cajun cooked up some fried gator tail, gator ribs and gator jambalaya. MMMM MMMM GOOD!!! Once again everybody made dishes and we turned it into a party.

The porters know the drill, and wait patiently with their trolley's hoping that travellers will choose to pay them to take their luggage instead on paying for the baggage trolley's and doing it themselves. They were right! With most of us Australians towing kids and 8, 10, or even more bags...we needed their help! So, bags collected and off to the waiting chauffeur service. Hang on...we're sharing a van? Will we all fit?
