We started the visit at Fort Clatsop with a hike out to Netul Landing, which was 2 miles round trip. Lisa and Rich are leaving later today, since they have to work tomorrow. We'll spend the night here and then leave via Astoria and then along the Columbia west to explore more on our way home. We've had a great time here. It's especially pleasant to have our actual home here and not to be sleeping in a tent. Thanks goes out to all who have helped make our stay a great time.
We are currently still in Portland and ran the half marathon today! IT POURED! Amy says brrrrrr! Portland, like Seattle, is wonderful.
