          ... creepy little legs clung so tightly that I had to scratch it off. To my horror, dozens of little black beetles had made their way into my food pannier. I tried to exterminate and avoid ticks crawling and flies biting all at the same time. The sun went down and it got cool enough to get into my tent, only to find a couple of ticks had made it inside.
