    ... the old reputation of a lawless place. However, there are apparently major problems in black areas in the southern suburbs. This seems to be a common theme in so many American cities.

    Our dinner tonight was at ‘Portillo’s’, an interesting fast food chain with a 50s style of décor and music. Once again, we shared a ‘salad’ plate and declined dessert.

    We are now in Chicago! And, made it to the Cubs game, as we had hoped. We have never been to historic Wrigley Field- what a treat. Even better to see a winning Cubs game!
