    ... various other small home ware businesses. Outside the Jerky shop was an Amish cart, tied up and waiting. Several Amish people came and went on bicycles as we were making our way to the shop. The horses in the carts (we found out later) are standardbreds. The Cheese Shop was manned by both Amish and non Amish.
