    ... was the painted ladies. As we walked to Alamo park the houses around it were interesting and quite picturesque. So it was a disappointment to see that some of the painted ladies were under renovations, scaffolding up and ruining your shot. The Alamo park is where they shot the opening scene of the Full House theme song - the picnic place.

    ... were so very hungry as we hadn't yet had lunch. Sausalito is an expensive area across the Bay and is home for George Lucas. We had lunch at a little cafe ( marks sandwich was mind blowing!) around 4pm, looked around and then caught the 5pm bus back near our hotel.
