... to Venice beach before heading back and seeing Cirque Du Soleil in a big top they had put up on the beach. After the chaos and dis-organisation of South America, it's been nice to come somewhere where everything is easy (apart from the buses) and fun to do with very little stress. Also nice to be able to speak the language again and be able to ask for a burger with no sauce without getting confused looks.

Day 2 - Went to a shopping area - very posh in Del Mar, what a gorgeous town. We have both decided that we will be living there when we are older. House on the beach, please parents - its a must! We started off by going to the Hollywood sign, parking up near it and then walking up to get some pictures, and then we went to the Walk of Fame, the Chinese Temple and Beverly Hills.
