All was going good until we hit a sea of red brake lights. The traffic hardly moved and the last part that should have taken 30 mins took well over an hour. In the morning we all stayed together and the younger kids went on some ...

... in "Downtown Disney" but couldn't find anything so drove into Anaheim and ate at California Pizza Kitchen. I had a spaghetti dish tossed in with spinach, asparagus and olive oil. I thoroughly enjoyed it so would recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat out of the Disneyland restaurants. We also had a look at the Cheesecake Factory next door to the CPK. Wow, that restaurant is amazing. The cheesecakes looked divine and there were so many different types of them ...

... and we plan to ride it a lot more before concluding this holiday. 9pm finally arrived and saw us lined up in Main Street USA for the fireworks show. Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the fireworks was cancelled this night, but they still managed to have a light and music show, concluding with snow on Main Street, so it wasn't a total bust. Show done, our day was too and we stumbled back to the hotel room for a well earned rest. Christmas Day USA had certainly lived up to the hype! ...
