... but seeing some of quintessential England. We went through some lovely little villages. Houses with thatched roofs and old oak, wattle and daub exteriors and narrow country lanes with delightful spring blossoms everywhere. We arrived back in London in the early evening, had some delicious fruit for dinner, put our feet up and chatted to some of you lovelies on Skype. It's a great way to continue to chat to the grandsons - oh yeah - and their mothers!!! Sorry girls, I love you too ...

It's 09:30 and I'm feeling very proud of myself for doing something technology related without ANY help. I'm sitting at the computer. Nick is asleep in bed. I've had two cups of tea this morning. Nick hasn't had any tea yet today.

I left the UK to ride round Oz on 15/10/2011
I crashed the bike in Ripplebrook on 27/11/2011.
I left hospital for R&R in Upwey on 23/12/2011.
I left Melbourne to fly back to UK on 22/01/2012.
Today was the day that the travel insurance company permitted me to fly home.

My family and friends have been very supportive despite my hiccup.
My wife Liz has been a diamond to me and in return she has a new diamond.
