Today, we visited a small (relatively) railroad museum in Elkhart, Indiana located at the site of the former New York Central Shops. The museum (along with the Amtrak station across the tracks) is owned by the City of Elkhart and sits alongside the Norfolk Southern (NS) mainline where approximately 140 trains pass by each day. On a steel horse I ride

Amish country, how the horses handle the roar of the harleys I'll never know, screamed thorough this town like we were on fire. more corn too, it's just incredible how much is grown out here.
