Had a leisurely start as I was not leaving until 11o'c. Met Alan at Lymington pier--we arrived together as he had caught the earlier ferry. Beth was going for her hospital appointment-- apparently it took hours for them to get home as they missed the train, the ferry and the bus and had to wait ages for each!
