    ... had the best food in town. I tried Poutine for the first time. It is one of Canada’s national dishes. It is basically a plate of French fries smothered in red eye gravy, cheese curds, bacon and green onions. It was pretty good… definitely filling. I ate most of the cheese and bacon and only a few of the fries. I can check it off of the list. Diane had fish and chips while Rachel had chili cheese fries. Since it was in a remote area, it was pretty pricey, ...

    When you are in the middle of the storm, it may not seem like this is possible, but it is. Not a day goes by that I don't miss Mom terribly, but I have the strength given by my family to swim in those stormy waters.
