... the first instance of headwinds i have checked the wind on the weather report so i have be prepared for it, but nothing really prepares you properly. ... of going down the med towards to Monaco i will do a u turn and go back to Toulouse. its fine, i had already decided i would go to Monaco another time....i think i need my Tux with me to really get a taste for Monaco, rather than my rather smelly karki pants...hehehehe.
so i am now planning next weeks ride and then i think i will be heading home. i think i might even book a fancy pants hotel in Toulouse for the last few days to treat myself.

Caving and Ruin Hunting
... Demoiselles (Cave of Fairies), was about 5 million years old. The oldest cave decoration was a column, dating to 1.5 million years ago. The caverns were enormous and filled with decorations. This cave however, is dead; there is no longer a water source to create precipitation in the cave. L But it was still beautiful. We were shocked by how close the tour route is to the decorations.
