... stores in Saginaw, as well as a promising craft brewery. Found a nice campground just outside of Frankenmuth, a Bavarian-styled city about 30 miles from each. So should be some easy day trips for the next couple of days. Plus we passed a really good looking brewery in Frankenmuth as we were passing through, so we'll definitely need to check that out as well.

... US was. The customs officer was very friendly. Once back in the US. We stopped for lunch on the waterfront at Port Huron. Actually we had lunch at the Gratiot Light Station. After eating we took the guided tour of the station. We went into all the buildings and climbed the 94 steps to the top of the lighthouse. What a view!
