... started falling!
We chilled at the starbucks for a while but the snow was relentless so decided to catch the bus back down to Vancouver. From Grouse mountain the 236 runs straight to Longsdale Quay and from there you can catch the seabus (something different) from north van across the harbour to vancouver place which is then a straight walk down Granville back to the hostel! I hav'nt quite worked it out yet but i think transport tickets ...
Ice skating... part 2!

Once we get there we do the usual...
hire skates...
put skates on...
realise you have to go to the toilet so you walk with skates on into the washroom (that's what they call it here)...
then slowly one step at a time get onto the ice...
wobble around for a bit...
eventually get it...

start getting sore muscles...

Farewell Atlantic Canada
... we all got compensatory vouchers from air Canada – a discount for our next flight) and there was a small dog onboard the plane (yes Air Canada allows small dogs on the plane as carry on luggage) who barked more than the babies cried and caused one passenger on our plane to have a severe allergic reaction – she pretty much went into shock and needed medical assistance from a doctor (luckily we had 5 on our plane!). We were glad to be back home after that ...
Last unknown city, Vancouver!
... SUV’s around them. All the mummies were out with their baby carriers and dropping kids to school and the village shops leading down Granville Road to Broadway were very luxury! It felt a bit like our Mosman back in Sydney!
We also checked out the suburbs down near the Vancouver General Hospital – nice area, less of the high rise that I really and not a fan of. If you have gathered from this read we are doing a bit of house hunting with the idea of moving ...
