      At 9:45 am we were on our way to Chatham, an easy 3 1/4 hour drive away. Cape Cod is a Norman Rockwell drawing which gets better and better with each mile traversed. Picturesque homes set against a beautiful blue sky and a deep blue ocean. Arriving in Chatham we checked into The Bradford Inn which comprises of nine separate buildings, including a historic captain's house.

      Sorry, couldn't resist the title! It was up and out early this morning as we were booked on the 10.30am whale watching trip from Provincetown, about an hours drive north right to the tip of Cape Cod.
