    ... and I have been very busy washing the various things she has been ill on! At least I now have a clean dog bed, clean seat covers and a clean bedspread. I chose this site because of its proximity to the vets where Treacle needed to go to get the worming pills necessary for her return to the UK. I am 40 euros poorer but at least Treacle's passport is up to date and hopefully we shall have no problems returning.

    We set off this morning to Bayeux. Arriving in this gorgeous little town we tried to find a carpark. After taking a one way street in the wrong direction we finally parked the car to visit a cathedral built in 1066. Oh what a sight. Spectacular. .. the day was cold and wet so after a quick coffee and breaky stop we strolled on to the museum to see a magnificent 68 metre tapestry made in the 11th century.
