... on the stove to sauté the meat, in olive oil of course, hey! we are in provence, everything is cooked in olive oil. While the meat is cooking, the Chef shows us how to make the sauce, the mashed potatoes and how to use the mold for serving. Actually had time, on our way back from Nice, to stop by Aix-en-Provence and tour the city. It was so, so beautiful; we were able to visit the Museum of Natural History and the Museum Granet. Next time we stop by Carly and I will definitely be sure to visit Cezanne's vacation home though! But for a short séjour for quelques heures it was not bad at all.
