Hard to believe only 21 days before we leave to Europe. How the time can fly by, prepared for the trip yes indeed. After a few days of research we found local grocery stores in Fuerteventura to try and some super cool activities to do after we get sick of lying around on the 150 beaches the island has to offer us.

We said goodbye to the Yorkshire Dales and flew down to London for the night. There, we spent a couple of fascinating hours getting to know my Mum's goddaughter Jo and her husband Terry who had taken time to come to the hotel to see us for the evening. We did a quick final pack and a last girls’ night chat as we each prepared in our own way to say farewell to a wonderful adventure together.
