    ... penguins, seals and sea lions, touch tanks and an entire bug area. San Diego has more cool birds, including some magnificent eagles and condors. San Diego has more beautiful bronze animals that kids can climb on. We definitely need more of these in St. Louis. But St. Louis is home, and that’s the best ever – we win! All in all, we should be very proud of our zoo in St. Louis!

    ... have bought Albertson’s as well. We’ve used it on trips to the South as well.

    The first thing the kids did, after unloading, was jump in the pool with their clothes on! They said it was something they always wanted to do. Mac eventually got down to his skivvies, but no harm done. They played around happily while we unpacked groceries and started the laundry. So nice to have a home to settle into.

    ... days later, I went on an adventure with Caleb (new boy, yes keep up slow pokes- Americans love kiwis you should know this by now) to a cool cliff-side beach that you sort of climb down onto and on another tour- this one of the Pacific and Ocean beach areas- the cherry on the top of which was the kiwi restaurant for dinner!
